Scope

These terms describe, in general, the basis on which Al ZOUQ Delivery Services L.L.C provides delivery, rider and fleet services to platforms and businesses. Specific engagements are governed by the written agreement between ZOUQ and the client, which takes precedence over this page.

Services

ZOUQ provides last-mile delivery capacity, including recruited and managed riders, fleet and equipment, and operational support, as agreed with each client. Service levels, zones, hours, volumes and pricing are defined in the relevant agreement.

Enquiries

A business enquiry submitted through this website is a request for information. It does not create a contract, and ZOUQ's reply does not constitute an offer until a written proposal is issued and accepted.

Rider applications

A rider application submitted through this website is an expression of interest. Recruitment, eligibility, documentation and employment are handled through ZOUQ's recruitment process and applicable UAE law. ZOUQ does not charge candidates a fee to apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
